The J vector programming language [1] needs to be looked into (book online at [2]), also the Juggle website [3].
REST is REpresentational State Transfer [4], a terrific idea - wiki page added at [5].
I love the Squeak Wiki page layout and graphics design [6] - it looks absolutely perfect.

Fnord [7] is a tiny C-based HTTPD server. The home page lists several others, and gives some comparisons.
IAwiki [8] is an evolved version of UseModWiki [9] (perl). Its focus is Information Architecture, but it also is a good source of ideas for wikis - such as a discussion about fusing wikis and blogs [10].
JHotDraw [11] is a java drawing editor which TWiki uses in a modified version [12] to offer a way to add drawings to pages.
TWiki [13] is an elaborate (overweight?) wiki implementation in perl. Buzzwords: forms, templates, plugins, statistics, meta data, attachments, passwords, preferences, email notify, yada yada yada... see the reference manual [14].
WebDAV [15] might be a useful way to manage sdarchive, or wiki's, or images for the wiki.
Cadaver [16] is an ftp-like command line tool to access a WebDAV server - but the big question is: how does authorization work?
TkRat [17] is a mail user agent with IMAP support - candidate for sdarchive?
Idea for YAO: everything is a list - one-sized lists are references (look them up to obtain value), >1 elements is a meta-slot plus real slots.
