[Starkit] Updated Tclkit?

Anyone built a Tcl/Tk 8.5a3 version of tclkit for Intel Windows
and SPARC Solaris?

It's been about 4 months now, with a number of bug fixes.

Also, does anyone know whether intel/windows tclkits of 8.5
should work on Windows 98?
