[Starkit] Sparc Solaris 10 crashes, libgcc_s.so dependencies

Hi,

I have been running in the issues described here:

Basically the current Tclkit crashes on Solaris 10.
I have been also trying to get rid of libgcc_s.so
dependency. After some investigation, I have been able
to solve both issues, I report it here and in the bug
database, so others dont spend frustrating time
looking for a solution :)

If I edit genkit85 and add set env(CC) "gcc
-static-libgcc"  in the  SunOS branch of   switch
-glob $tcl_platform(os), I am able to compile a tclkit
in Solaris 8 that does not crash in Solaris 10 and
does not have libgcc_s dependency. I have tested this
to work with both Tclkit 8.5a2 and 8.5a3
