[Starkit] tclkit 8.4.9 vs. tclkit 8.5a2 problem

I think I had a similar problem once, and I tracked it down to, uhm, I
forget. :^(  starkit::startup maybe.

At any rate, try putsing $auto_path after starkit::startup and comparing
between Tclkit versions.
