[Starkit] Tclkit, ffidl and user32.dll

Has anybody expreinced any probelms using ffidl 0.5 and tclkit version 8.4.9 and user32.dll ?
 
I've been using tclkit.exe 8.4.9 for a while and I've used ffidl 0.5 calling winmm.dll and kernel32.dll with no problems.
Now I've started with a project to call user32.dll and it crashes tclkit completely.
 
I also have Active State's wish version 8.4.5 and have no problems using these same scripts.
