[Starkit] lite isn't working...

Following the instructions here: http://www.equi4.com/tclkitlite.html

tclsh genkit A ... runs fine
tclsh genkit B tcl ... runs fine
sh genkit B lite ... runs fine
sh genkit D lite errors out:

application-specific initialization failed: cannot find kit pre-init script
  info loaded = {{} zlib} {{} vfs} {{} rechan} {{} pwb} {{} thrive}
can't read "vfs::tclkit_version": no such variable
invalid command name "parray"
can't read "tcl_library": no such variable
  package Itcl = 3.3
invalid command name "tcl_findLibrary"
  running dummylite-salem

Any ideas?  I see that step 'E' requires a working tclkit - any
specific name that it ought to have?
