[Starkit] lite isn't working...

Mea culpa.  I was in the middle of a package rename while trying to  
fix a byteorder issue for Solaris, and had not yet updated all  
dependencies.  They affect tclvfs, thrive, and runtime*.kit - fixed now.

Best bet is to either all of the above from scratch in a fresh area,  
or just delete the affected tars and kits before running all of the  
above.

Please let me know if you still get the "cannot find kit pre-init  
script", which is part of the new startup sequence in tclkit's  
"kitInit.c".  Or run into any other issue, of course.
