It's looking for one called (surprise!) "tclkit".  But that breaks  
the original behavior of genkit for non-lite builds, so I've uploaded  
a fix to genkit which looks first for "dummy-<hostname>" as the  
original did, and falls back to "tclkit" if that doesn't exist.
