[Starkit] changing starpack icon

Hi,

Wanted to check in here before I get to scratching my head too much. 
I would like to change the .ico file - is there anything I need to do
besides swap out the .ico file for another one?  I'm having trouble in
that that doesn't seem to work.  I even tried editing the existing
.ico file in place and it wasn't showing up.  At least I think I
edited the right one...  are there any known issues with this?
