[Starkit] changing starpack icon

That's pretty much what I imagined to be the process.  Unfortunately,
it's "not working" - the new icons aren't showing up.  The new .exe
definitely contains the tclkit.ico file.  When I build it I get this:

$ ../tclkitsh-win32.exe ../sdx.kit wrap Tav.exe -runtime tclkit-win32.exe
 customizing tclkit.ico in executable
12 updates applied

which looks ok.  I think it must be something stupid I'm forgetting,
but I can't figure out what.
