[Starkit] Re: changing starpack icon

I downloaded the GenIconXP along with the dependencies (ImageMagick, 
Gimp and Inkscape) and installed in the following sequence on my Windows 
2000 Professional
Gimp -> ImageMagick -> Inkscape -> GenIconXP

However, when I launch GenIconXP and open an existing image file 
(gif/jpg), I got an error message "Class not registered".

Did I do anything wrong ? Cheers.
