Ah, yes, of course.  I assumed -readonly implied -nolock, but it  
doesn't.  The reason is that sometimes you want read-only access  
*with* a lock to make sure the wiki isn't being modified when opened  
and to make sure it doesn't change while reading it.  Not on a CD- 
ROM, evidently.
