[Starkit] Tclkit IRIX problem

Hi

I can confirm it as well

$ uname -a 
IRIX64 sgi 6.5 01200452 IP30
$ ./tclkit-irix-n32
% puts $tcl_version
8.5
% package require Itcl
3.3
% package require Tk
couldn't find procedure Tk_Init

I tried compiling from source, but it seems genkit
requires gcc (or I cannot seem to get it to work with
the native compiler). I will investigate further and
report back if I succeed in compiling
