[Starkit] Tclkit 8.4.11

Using the new genkit in the http://www.equi4.com/pub/tk/tars/ directory, I 
successfully built a tclkit for FreeBSD 5.4.  But when I run it and give 
it the 'info patchlevel' command, it tells me the version is 8.4.9.

Looking at the tcl.tar.gz file in the http://www.equi4.com/pub/tk/tars/ 
directory, I see that the file tcl/generic/tcl.h has this line:

  #define TCL_PATCH_LEVEL	"8.4.9"

and there are no source files in the tarball older than 2005-01-13.

Am I somehow getting befuddled and not getting the correct tarballs?  I 
note that the date stamp on the tcl.tar.gz file is 2005-09-05.  As I said 
above, I used the genkit from that same directory.
