it's being address - Steve Redler and I have produced a bunch of a4  
tclkits today and they'll be online soon.

Our aim with tclkit builds is to have a stable platform, and if  
people want bleeding edge and can't wait then they'll need to build  
themselves.

That said, we're now set up to do builds more frequently and so  
hopefully we won't see the delays we've had recently.
