[Starkit] Howto build a threaded tclkit?

Oh, I have investigated this before my posting to this list, but due to a 
reason I can't remember have rejected it.
Today I have tried it again and with a small modification to CrowTDE I have it 
happily running ;-)
With the current dqkit for Linux there is a "memory access error" when loading 
the Img extension.
The workaround for CrowTDE since it only uses the png part is to use tkpng 
0.7.  This works like a charm.

I will extend http://wiki.tcl.tk/15571 with this informations.
