[Starkit] tclkit 8.5 fo windows

I'm having some strange problems that I'm trying to reproduce using 
TclKit and sockets in Windows (in Linux is OK). Doing some tests I've 
tried the TclKit Lite version, but I get an error that says: cannot find 
kit pre-init script

I create the lite version with: copy /B msvc6-85\kitlite.exe + 
tars\runtime85.kit tclkit-lite.exe

Anyone else has the same problem?
