Fetch kitlite.rom from the pub/tk/tars/ website area, then do
	copy /B msvc6-85\kitlite.exe + tars\kitlite.rom + tars\runtime85.kit  
tclkit-lite.exe

(The logic for this is hidden in genkit, I'm not sure it is  
documented anywhere)
