[Starkit] Encoding dirs

Hi,

I have been trying to use the new 'encoding dirs' command in
Tcl/Tk 8.5a4 to add a directory with the encodings I need,
but I get the following result:

[andres at Shire TclKit]$ ./tclkit-linux
% encoding dirs
bad option "dirs": must be convertfrom, convertto, names, or system
% puts $tcl_patchLevel
8.5a4

Wasn't tclkit-linux-x86-xft created using the official release?
