[Starkit] anyone know what this error means?

I fetched the latest tkchat starkit and when I tried to start it, I get
this error:

invalid command name "name:S,size:I,date:I,contents:B"
    while executing
"source /volws/lwv27/ldatae/bin/tkchat.kit/main.tcl"

"uplevel [list source [file join $self main.tcl]]"
