[Starkit] Tclkit 8.5a4 + registry

Hi,

It looks like Tclkit 8.5a4 for Windows (with GUI and without,UPX and 
normal) has problems loading the registry package. Older version like 
8.5a2 or 8.4.13 work just fine.
An example:
() 4 % info patchlevel
8.5a4
() 5 % package require registry
attempt to provide package registry 1.1.5 failed: no version of package 
registry provided

Any ideas?
