[Starkit] Tclkit 8.5a4 + registry

I get the same message as you when using the commandline version. My 
claim that all Tclkit 8.5a4 versions suffer from the same problem 
doesn't seem to hold. Tclkit with GUI (UPX or normal) does have these 
problems.
