I'm not collecting Tclkit lite builds at this stage.  As you saw in  
the build process, a wide range of variants can be built with kitgen  
- it's not clear which ones we need to collect in a central place  
("all" is not well-defined, and would surely be excessive anyway).

Feel free to share with others, mention it on the wiki, etc - it's  
all open source :)
