[Metakit] ongoing problem

For windows platforms, the solution is actually a lot simpler.  As
long as we have a dedicated python "maintainer" once they actually
build python, it is a simple affair to make a python installer for
metakit.  That is, a windows user would just have to double click on
the metakit-python2.3-install.exe and that's all that is required to
install python.

I'd be happy to build one of these installers, the only issue is where
to place it.

Any ideas?
