[Starkit] Custom description (Was Re: dqkit)

It would be swell if sdx could modify the starpack description at wrap time, much in the same way it can replace the icon. Perhaps the inclusion of "tclkit.res" in the .vfs directory could do the trick.
What would it take to make that work?
