[Starkit] Building Tclkit from "kit.exe"

Hi everybody,

i downloaded all the sources to build the latest
TclKit.  Building "kit.exe" worked fine, except
that i had to delete the line in win/tclWinPipe.c
where TCL_PIPE_DLL is mentioned, as it wasn't defined
in the VC++ build environment.

So building "kit.exe" worked.

But how do i go on from here?

If i start it, i just get the message that "setup.tcl"
isn't found anywhere.  And that's right, it is not
anywhere in the sources.

How do i build "TclKit.exe"?
