[Starkit] LOADing from "wrong location"

Hello again,

I'm very sorry, but forget all about my previous Mail; what I've written is only true, if launching 
the Starkit from within the (MSDOS-)COMMAND.COM-commandshell, which has the wrong environment, but 
not if called from CMD.EXE or another TCLSH.
