[Starkit] [NEWBIE] Adding the [incr Tk] Toolkit and the [incr Widgets] packages to TclKit

Hi.

I plan to use TclKit for a database application, because of the built-in
MetaKit. For GUI I want to use iWidgets because I need to tabnotebook Widget.
When I try to "source" iwidgets.tcl I get an error message
"% can't find package Itk 3.2"
In order to correct the problem, I attempted to "source" itk.tcl. I get an error
message
"% can't read "itk::library": no such variable"\
I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
Any ideas, instructions, pointers to instructions, would be much appreciated.
