[Starkit] New version of wikit

I've sent Jean-Claude some mods to Wikit, which he's checked into CVS
and put up for download.

The changes were either cosmetic or required to support Wikit vfs.

Summary of Changes:

Split wikit functionality into smaller modules, added an explicit db
argument to some procs, provided default of wdb where possible, added
two new procs SavePageDB and pagevarsDB which require explicit db arg,
expressed old versions in terms of these.  Fixed Cache (so it'll adapt
to new pages better.)  Changed main.tcl to enable wikit.kit to be
sourced.
