[Starkit] ELF Statifier.....

This looks like just the thing to help with my shared library 
versioning problem.  It seems well thought out and pretty general.  
Unfortunatly it does not work (at least on my system , a Mandrake 9.0) 
and crashes when gdb can not properly set up breakpoints in the 
start-up logic toget CPU register values and other fine stuff.
