[Starkit] dqkit with stdin/stdout on windows

Hi,

I have an application that use BLT. So I need dqkit to use it as a starkit.
But on Windows dqkit ignores stdin and stdout.

My questions:
Is there a way to build dqkit on Windows that doesn't ignore stdin/stdout?
If yes, what is to do?
