[Starkit] Tclkit update question

I was wondering whether any of the parts of Tclkit had changed
enough to consider putting together a newer Tclkit.
One of the things I noticed recently is that zlib in Tclkit is
version 1.1.4, whereas the latest version of zlib is 1.2.1 .
In the intervening couple of years, bugs in uncompress, gzread,
performance improvements in a variety of areas of the library,
etc. have occured (see http://www.gzip.org/zlib/ChangeLog.txt
for details).
I know Tclkit isn't intended to be updated capriciously.
That's why I thought, if the changes that have been released to date
in Tcl, Tk, itcl, metakit, tclvfs, etc. had reached a particular
critical mass, so to speak, then perhaps zlib could be updated
at the same time.
