[Starkit] dqkit with stdin/stdout on windows

There are two flavors of tclkit for windows:  tclkit-win32.exe and
tclkit-win32-sh.exe.  If you use the sh variety, you can have console
applications.  I don't know that dqkit has the same dual-personality.
