[Starkit] VFS problems with tclkit 8.4.6

Hi all,

Here is the first problem:

% file mtime $::starkit::topdir
0

The result should be 1096303914

The second problem could be seen with tk_getOpenFile or tk_getSaveFile:
when I browse [file dirname $::starkit::topdir] it displays a wrong
directory called [string range $::starkit::topdir 2 end]. If you try to
browse this directory it raises an error: you have to enter the good name
($::starkit::topdir) if you want to browse it.

Both of these was on linux with $::vfs::tclkit_version == 200403.001
