[Starkit] Aqua Tclkit

Hi,

How far away is an Aqua-based Tclkit version?
Is anybody working on it? 

Through the wiki, tcl-mac archives, etc. I am aware of
the Wishkit App but I am looking for a single file
executable such as tclkit-darwin-ppc.gz, but for Aqua
instead of X11.

I have seen :

"now that TkAqua is [load]able (8.4.8), it will be
possible to have a real aqua tclkit, but this needs a
fair bit of extra work that hasn't been done yet."

What is the current status?
