[Starkit] Starpack and missing encoding

Hi all,

I've been using Tclkit 8.5a2 for a while to create Starkits of my app. 
Everything just worked. Today I wanted to create a Starpack of the same 
vfs tree using Tclkit 8.5a2 for Windows. Creating the Starpack doesn't 
pose any problems but when I try to run the executable I get the 
following error: unknown encoding "iso8859-1". I've noticed that Tclkit 
does include this encoding using [encoding names] and inspecting the vfs 
tree. I've used this command: tclkitsh8.5 sdx.kit wrap client.exe 
-runtime tclkit8.5.exe
Have I done something wrong or is this a bug? Everything did (and does) 
work using 8.4.9.
