[Starkit] Options for HPUX itanium

Hello All,

The current download matrix only shows tclkit binaries for HPUX-pa_risc (not
for HPUX-itanium).  I am interested in obtaining a tclkit (or tclkitlite)
for hpux-11.23-itanium which has no external dependency on "libstdc++.so".
I have attempted a "lite" build using gcc v3.3.3, but encountered problems
(the "sh genkit D" step fails with an open error raised by the
pre-intialisation script; this, in turn, inhibits the loading of "vfs").  In
the process I observed that the metakit source has conditionals on the
symbols __ia64 and on __HP_aCC.  Does this mean that the full port has been
successfully completed using the HP c++ compiler for itanium?
