[Starkit] Freewrap and Freedelivery

Dennis LaBelle, the maintainer of XF and the creator of Tkproe,
has also come up with packages Freewrap and FreeDelivery for
packaging apps. 

Can someone compare these with Starkit as delivery methods for
e.g., MSWindows users?
