[Starkit] tls, certificates, starkits

I am trying to get tls 1.5 to cooperate with tclhttpd wrapped up as a
starkit for https purposes.   While I can get everything else to run,
at least I *think* everything else, I can't get it to work if the
certificates are in the starkit, because tls can't find the directory.

I assume this means that tls is not vfs-aware (it runs fine if I run
from the .vfs hierarchy).  Is this correct?   It's no big deal, but if
I'm missing something I should be doing I'd like to know.
