Oomk seems to have a memory leak. Opening and closing a Metakit database leaves
a ::mkview::Snit_inst* behind. After a couple of hundred times of opening and closing
the database these Snit instances use MB's of RAM.

I've created a patch which destroys the corresponding mkview when destroying
the mkstorage object.

Thanks, good catch. I've slightly tweaked the solution, it's about to go into
0.3.3.
