When using Tcler's wiki, I find at times that pages which are referenced
do not always have their title hyperlinked to a page listing the
referencing pages.
For example, today, page 47 of the Tcler's Wiki is such a page.
In the past, jcw has indicated there is a bug which causes this - just
thought it worthwhile to create a bug report on the problem now that is
possible.

Ah... good catch. Looking a bit further, it turns out that this is a cache
problem. Wikit itself generates the proper backlink (and http://mini.net/tcl/47! works,
too).
I've cleared the entire page cache (it's been a while, many months!). Not sure
what caused this. Another way to get around this when you see it is to save
a change to page 47 (such as adding a harmless space somewhere in the middle).

The problem is that the number of references to a page can change, after
the page has
been generated and cached. This used to affect the generated HTML code.
It should now be ok for all but pages for which the last reference goes away
(orphans).
