launch tclkit through a symlink

Tclkit has problems when launched trough a symlink to the exe.
Am adding this issue on the FFF because it was a problem in the past, but I can't reproduce it right now.
Seems to work with both tclkit and tclkit lite on os x right now, i.e. as of 2006-12-10.
Summary
This was fixed in TclVFS and boot.tcl on 2007-06-19 by A. Kupries.
Included in Tclkit 8.4.15 and 8.5a6 as of 2007-06-20.
