No select in Wish 8.4.12.0 and 8.4.13

The select command in Oomk is no longer available when using Wish (or tkcon) 8.4.12.0 or 8.4.13 on Windows XP. Here's a script to show the problem:

   puts "tcl version: [info patchlevel]"
   catch {source oomk.kit}
   puts "oomk version: [package require oomk]"
   mkstorage db test.db
   db layout persons {name age:I}
   [db view persons] as pv
   $pv dump
   $pv append name Bill age 40
   $pv append name Steve age 41
   $pv dump
   [$pv select name Bill] as sel
   $sel dump

Works for me (using tclkisth.exe on win2k):

Same for tclkit.exe - if this is XP-specific, please let me know.
