Ok, www.equi4.com, www.vlerq.org, and mini.net are back on the newborn server. I'll be keeping a close watch on things. Several quirks remain, but the basic access and download paths should all be back.

All mini.net/tcl/* accesses are redirected to wiki.tcl.tk/* - and revision history access has been switched off, since mini.net is now a fully static site.
