You may have to RIGHT-CLICK, these are binary executables!
Uncompress and "chmod +x", then rename to "tclkit" to use.
For Windows, use "-sh" version for cmdline, other for GUI.
The "wishkit" build is from Daniel Steffen's nice Mac OS X 
distribution, called "TclTkAquaBI-8.4.8.0.dmg".  It is not
strictly a Starpack, but it does behave in essentially the
same way as "tclkit-darwin-ppc" (which uses X11 iso Aqua).
